We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.   # DXCSMARTFirst   Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end enterprise architecture for migrating and integrating data solutions from AWS to Microsoft Fabric . Design and implement Microsoft Fabric security models , governance, workspace structures, access controls, and tenant administration. Establish and maintain the BAU operating model , including monitoring, support, incident management, and continuous improvement. Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models for enterprise analytics. Build complex DAX measures , transformations using Power Query , and data solutions using SQL . Design effective semantic models, data relationships, and data structures to support scalable reporting. Perform testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production support across development and production environments. Apply DirectQuery performance optimization techniques and troubleshoot report/model performance issues. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions. Establish best practices around Fabric governance, deployment, security, performance, and operational support . Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI . Proven experience in AWS-to-Fabric enterprise architecture or migration . Strong knowledge of Fabric tenant administration, security, governance, and workspace management . Advanced DAX, Power Query, and SQL skills. Strong understanding of Power BI semantic models and data relationships . Experience with testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production support . Good understanding of DirectQuery architecture and performance optimization . Experience designing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards . Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and analytics best practices. Preferred Experience leading enterprise Microsoft Fabric transformation or migration initiatives . Knowledge of Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Data Factory/Data Pipelines, Dataflows, and OneLake . Experience establishing governance and BAU operating models for enterprise analytics platforms. Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
