Senior Statistical Programmer

Job Title: Senior Statistical Programmer (Full time Permanent) Job Location: New Haven, CT Reports to: Bio-statistics Director Functional Area: Bio-statistics Essential Job Functions: Manage projects and execute tasks in line with company SOPs and agreed regulatory standards, including the following tasks: Serve as the core project team member to design and specify the overall approach to a project's programming tasks Support statisticians with computer programming tasks. Generate summary tables and data listings, produce graphs, and process data, as specified in statistical analysis plan. Generate derived SAS datasets for all parameters and ensure consistency among tables listings. Generate clinical study report tables as well as ISS/ ISE tables for FDA submission. Create, test and maintain SAS programs for clinical studies according to departmental standard procedures Interact with Project Managers (PMs), science and data management teams internally to identify data quality related issues.

Requirements: BA/BS degree (Master’s preferred but not mandatory) preferably in computer science, statistics or related area.
