Collect and analyze FS input for RFPs, embed insights into package, and hand‑off to Procurement on schedule. Maintain a master contract register (including amendments, dates, and key clauses) and generate regular health reports. Coordinate drafting, review, and execution of contract modifications and amendments through the legal‑finance workflow. Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, notices, and expiration dates; issue alerts to stakeholders. Preserve documentation that supports claim avoidance and dispute resolution; work with Legal to address issues early. Manage contractor onboarding (qualifications, insurance, security) and lead contract close‑out activities, capturing performance metrics. Oversee vendor registration, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives (process enhancements, KPI dashboards, training).
