Tanami is one of Australia's most remote and significant underground gold mines, located deep in the Tanami Desert of the Northern Territory. Reporting to the Lead People, Training, you will play a key role in developing the capability of our operational workforce by coordinating and delivering high-quality technical training programs across Newmont Tanami.

Working closely with operational leaders, site trainers and external training providers, you will identify training needs, develop engaging learning solutions and ensure our workforce remains competent, compliant and equipped to perform safely and effectively.

• Coordinate and deliver engaging technical training aligned to operational and compliance requirements

• Develop training materials and learning resources using adult learning principles

• Conduct assessments across a range of operational departments and work groups
