Meet the Team The Information Technology organization is core to the health and growth of Millennium’s business, supporting a flexible, scalable technology environment and advanced proprietary systems across the firm. This team is focused on the next generation of pricing and risk analytics technology, helping to evolve a high-performance quantitative platform that supports complex analytics, integration across upstream systems, and close partnership with users and stakeholders across the business. What You'll Do • Build, maintain, and enhance Millennium’s in-house quantitative pricing and risk library in C++ • Support the development of the next generation pricing and risk analytics platform • Partner with users to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Facilitate integration of the library with upstream applications and related systems • Strengthen the broader ecosystem around the library through cross-functional collaboration across teams and departments • Promote C++ coding standards, design best practices, and high-quality software engineering principles • Help support users of the library and contribute to its ongoing stability, usability, and performance What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus • 2+ years of professional C++ development experience • Strong programming experience with modern C++, including C++17, C++20, or later • Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms • Ability to write efficient, high-performance, production-quality code • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail, strong organization, and a demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability
