ISG Senior Director, Italy & Alps Join us as an ISG Senior Director on our Sales Leadership team in Milan, Italy to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you'll achieve As an ISG Senior Director, Italy & Alps , you will be responsible for leading Dell Technologies' Infrastructure Solutions Group business across Italy, Switzerland, and Austria , driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and executive-level customer engagement. You will work closely with customers, partners, and senior leaders across Dell Technologies to accelerate the adoption of our data center, hybrid cloud, AI, storage, and infrastructure solutions while building a high-performing sales organization. You will: Lead the overall ISG business strategy and execution across Italy & Alps, delivering against revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives. Develop and coach a team fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Build trusted relationships with C-level customer executives, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders to drive long-term business outcomes. Collaborate across sales, services, channels, product groups, and global leadership teams to execute Dell Technologies' growth strategy in the region. Identify new market opportunities and drive business transformation initiatives, including AI, hybrid cloud, storage, cyber resilience, and modern data center solutions. Essential Requirements Extensive leadership experience within enterprise technology sales, including responsibility for large-scale Infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud, or related businesses. Proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed and multicultural sales organizations, including leadership of leaders in international environments. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and transformation within complex, matrixed organizations. Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders. Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and experience influencing decisions at senior executive and board levels. Desirable Requirements Experience leading a country, regional, or multi-country technology business with significant P&L and revenue accountability. Strong understanding of AI, data center modernization, hybrid cloud, storage, and cyber resilience solutions.

Compensation and Collective Bargaining Agreement The applicable salary range for this role is €266000 – €365000 gross annual, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the level assigned under Dell Job Grade system and the CCNL classification system. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, meal vouchers in accordance with company policy and applicable law. This position is governed by the Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro (CCNL) del Settore Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio).
