Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environment Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering: Meet with business leaders and users to document clear project goals and technical specifications. System Analysis: Review existing software architectures to spot performance issues, security gaps, or areas for optimization. Technical Documentation: Create detailed functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents. Cross-Functional Liaison: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams and communicate business needs clearly to developers. Testing and Support: Participate in code reviews, coordinate defect tracking with quality assurance teams, and troubleshoot production issues. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Experience with programming and query languages like SQL, Python, Java, or C#, plus database management. Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and verbal or written communication skills.

Work Environment: - remote, US (Connecticut based preferred) Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $50,500 - $93,800.
