Principal Software Engineer

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to shape the architecture and delivery of our modern, AWS-native platform powering underwriting intelligence, GenAI-driven analysis, and high-volume content processing. Working across Python, .NET, PostgreSQL/Aurora, OpenSearch, and LangGraph-based services , you will own technical direction, system quality, scalability, and reliability across the platform. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant technical leadership responsibility, including setting engineering standards, mentoring engineers, driving architectural decisions, and coordinating across product and platform teams .
