You will work with an integrated facilities management team at our clients critical facilities.   Location: Plano TX 75024 & Richardson, TX 75082 (splitting time between)     Work Schedule: Onsite, M-F 8 AM-5 PM Reports to: Senior Director, Data Center Operations Estimated base salary range: 97,400 - 119,200+ What this job involves: As an Engineering Operations Manager at JLL, you'll provide strategic leadership for maintenance and repair operations across a dynamic portfolio of facilities, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role positions you as the key liaison between clients, operations teams, and service providers, where you'll translate stakeholder needs into actionable maintenance strategies while managing budgets, vendor performance, and service delivery excellence. You'll develop and implement preventive maintenance programs that extend asset lifecycles and minimize operational disruptions, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and KPI monitoring. What your day-to-day will look like: Provide strategic leadership and direction for maintenance and repair operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their maintenance and repair needs, goals, and objectives. Manage customer satisfaction, discuss any recommended changes to the overall program and the financial impact they may have on facilities operations. Work with the operations team on results/expectations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility performance, minimize downtime, and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with standards, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor performance of maintenance vendors and contractors through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance and repair activities with client requirements and operational goals. Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair operations, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders associated.
