Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst to support the Mission Support & Operations (MSO) portfolio. The selected candidates will support Taurus program, a new contract awarded in May 2026 with a 2-year period of performance and anticipate follow-on opportunities. This role reports directly to the IEO Finance lead and is responsible for core financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets, cost accounting and financial reporting. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to contribute to program success as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. The position offers a mix of independent work and cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Business Management, and other functional partners. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, efficiency, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality results.
What You Will Do
Perform program budgeting, scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and overall financial support Development of quarterly EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data Prepare and support financial Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for customer submittals Create program review materials for Raytheon leadership and Government customers Support organization and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation Assist with manpower planning, forecasting, and reporting activities Provide PMO and CAMs with internal cost and schedule performance reports Conduct ad-hoc analysis, data integrity reviews, and validations related to program financials Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience Experience with Microsoft Excel Active TS/SCI security clearance Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
