Summary: LOCATION: THE INCUMBENT CAN BE BASED IN ATLANTA, GA OR SINGAPORE Role Overview The Senior Director, RGM Product Transformation Lead is responsible for maximizing the value, performance, and strategic alignment of a portfolio of prioritized digital products in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) space that collectively support Coca ‑ Cola’s digital transformation agenda. Operating within a product-centric model, this role serves as the connective layer between product strategy and execution, ensuring that investments across multiple products, platforms, and capabilities are prioritized, coordinated, and optimized to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role owns the Portfolio Optimization product end to end : the digital capabilities markets use to optimize brand-pack-channel mix, assortment, SKU lineups, and margin pools. The leader partners closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to balance investment decisions, manage dependencies, optimize capacity allocation, and drive value realization across a portfolio of products. Success requires strong business acumen, digital fluency, portfolio management expertise , and the ability to make difficult trade-off decisions in a complex, matrixed environment. In line with global RGM best practices, the role champions digital products that enable a closed-loop portfolio optimization operating model for The Coca-Cola system, connecting insight, opportunity sizing, strategy setting, execution, and post-implementation evaluation in one workflow across Operating Units and bottling partners. They support the core portfolio levers of RGM: brand-pack-channel mix management, SKU rationalization and assortment optimization, price-pack architecture across single-serve and future-consumption packs. What You will do for us Own and prioritize the product backlog for digital pricing capabilities, ensuring development efforts focus on the highest-value business opportunities. Drive the development of portfolio optimization capabilities that support brand-pack-channel mix analysis, SKU rationalization, assortment optimization, incidence and margin-pool analysis, and scenario planning for portfolio decisions across Operating Units and markets globally. Partner with RGM Product Manager to align product roadmaps with enterprise objectives , business priorities, and digital transformation goals. Establish portfolio planning processes that balance growth initiatives, operational needs, technical sustainability, innovation, and value realization. Evaluate digital product investments, business cases, and enhancement opportunities using data-driven prioritization frameworks and measurable outcome criteria. Drive portfolio-level backlog alignment to ensure execution efforts support strategic business outcomes and enterprise priorities. Manage dependencies across products, platforms, teams, and business functions to minimize delivery risk and accelerate value delivery. Partner with Finance, Digital leadership , and business stakeholders to support investment planning, funding prioritization, and portfolio optimization. Monitor portfolio performance through key business, product, adoption, operational, and value realization metrics. Institutionalize closed-loop portfolio optimization, connecting mix opportunity identification, target setting, in-market execution, and post-action evaluation, standardized across markets, so every portfolio decision improves the next one anywhere in the system. Provide portfolio insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding investment trade-offs, emerging opportunities, and delivery risks.
