Job Description - Responsibilities :

Manage procurement operations for assigned categories, ensuring timely execution of tactical and spot buy requests.

Support the development of sourcing specifications, run RFx processes, and lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms.

Ensure all pre-contract sourcing activities are completed in compliance with client and internal policies.

Track and deliver contractual and realized savings in alignment with client engagement goals.

Collaborate with category leads to understand savings targets, define deliverables, and execute sourcing plans accordingly.

Contribute to the development of category strategies, including market intelligence gathering and baseline analysis.

Manage e-sourcing events, including template creation, supplier onboarding, event execution, and result analysis.

Provide operational guidance to team members and ensure adherence to sourcing best practices and service level agreements.
