IT Desktop Support

The Opportunity

 As a  Junior IT Desktop Support professional , you’ll be the go-to person for providing friendly, professional, and effective support to our internal users. You’ll troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn something new every day while building a solid foundation for your IT career. What you'll bring

Technical skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems Familiarity with MS Office and common applications Understanding of Windows Desktop, Server, networks, and hardware setup Exposure to troubleshooting hardware and software issues Awareness of VPN/remote access support Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
