As a trainee, you'll participate in a 1–2 year accelerated leadership program, gaining hands-on experience with products, customers, and team members while learning Wegmans values, operations, and business practices. Complete a 1-2 year leadership training program through hands-on experience, seminars, and regular coaching sessions Work directly with products, customers, and team members to learn all aspects of department leadership Develop skills in people leadership, team building, merchandising, sales growth, and profitability Partner with Department Managers, trainers, and coaches to receive feedback and support your professional growth Requirements 1 or more years of supervisory experience
