The Corrigo Technical Specialist & Deployment serves as a hybrid role combining critical system administration, technical support, and full-cycle platform deployment responsibilities. This position is essential for maintaining platform stability, driving successful implementations, and ensuring optimal performance across all JLL regions (APAC/EMEA/NAM/LATAM). The role holder will deliver end-to-end Corrigo platform solutions from initial deployment through ongoing optimization and technical support.    Technical Support & System Administration  Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support with tailored configurations; manage data change requests and ticket-based system admin support  Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, database, and system errors; coordinate with stakeholders and engineering teams on escalated issues and product enhancements  Administer core platform areas including users, properties, work types, maintenance schedules, and equipment/assets    Platform Deployment & Implementation  Lead end-to-end Corrigo platform delivery from kick-off through go-live and post-launch stabilization for new and existing clients  Conduct implementation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and product demonstrations; develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for integration projects  Perform data collection, validation, system configuration, and testing to meet client requirements and close deployment gaps  Optimize auto-assignment configurations, manage NTE parameters, and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all regional accounts  Platform Optimization & Governance  Monitor performance metrics, conduct configuration and data audits, and implement workflow improvements ensuring SOCR compliance and data governance adherence    Reporting, Analysis & Knowledge Management  Develop comprehensive documentation including integration guides, user manuals, process maps, and knowledge articles  Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); manage ETL processes ensuring data accuracy  Analyze workflow performance, team metrics, and user needs to drive continuous improvement    Training, Version Management & Additional Support  Conduct new hire and refresher training sessions  Discover and master new Corrigo Enterprise and Client Portal features introduced during version upgrades and service updates, leveraging these as efficiencies for Account Teams  Manage system decommissioning processes including governance approvals, data backup, and disconnection procedures  Support ad hoc initiatives including process improvements, executive dashboards, boot camps, and professional development programs  Participate in professional and personal development programs        Performance objectives   Deliver End-to-End Solutions: Consistently resolve technical challenges and deployment initiatives within SLA, ensuring seamless platform adoption and business continuity  Drive Technical Excellence: Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues; identify innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and close operational gaps  Ensure Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to data governance policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements across all platform activities  Optimize Performance & User Experience:
