Associate – Program Management (Regulatory Finance Data Strategy)

Join the International Regulatory Data Strategy team and help shape the future of reg reporting data across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. As a Senior Associate within the CIB Global Program Management organization, you will lead data analysis and data management activities to validate, reconcile, and optimize data sourced from strategic firmwide platforms. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, quality, lineage, governance, and consumption readiness for key regulatory, strategic, and transformation programs. You will partner with Finance Controllers, Regulatory Reporting teams, Technology stakeholders, and Program Managers to align data solutions with business priorities, identify gaps, mitigate risks, and support decision making. Success requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, business acumen, and the ability to build trust while delivering measurable value through enhanced data quality and reporting outcomes.
