As part of our Software & Platform Engineering team, you will work with senior clients and internal leadership to shape transformation outcomes, grow engineering capability, and help teams apply modern technology, including AI-enabled delivery, to solve complex business challenges. In our team you will: As a Senior Manager within Software & Platform Engineering, you will lead complex technology transformation programmes and work with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver business-critical outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help clients modernise their technology estates, accelerate engineering maturity, and unlock value through modern delivery practices and emerging technologies. You will play a pivotal role in mobilising and leading large-scale engagements, establishing effective delivery structures, governance, engineering operating models, and the right team shape from the outset. Whilst your foundation will be in software engineering, the emphasis of this role is on strategy, leadership, and transformation delivery rather than day-to-day hands-on development. The role combines client delivery, business growth, people leadership, and practice development. You will contribute to new opportunities and growth by shaping propositions, supporting sales activities, developing client relationships, and helping position Accenture as a trusted engineering transformation partner across industries and sectors. AI is increasingly central to how our clients transform their organisations.
