This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.   Position title: SAP iXp Intern - CX Cloud Operation, Platform Developer (AIOps) Location: Montreal Expected start date to end date: November 1, 2026 to June 31, 2027 In this role, you will contribute to building modern cloud platforms with embedded AI-driven capabilities and automation:

Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team distributed across global time zones Understand functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Design and develop frontend, backend, and DevOps components with a focus on automation and intelligent operations Contribute to AIOps use cases, such as:

Log/metric analysis and anomaly detection Intelligent alerting and incident insights Automation of operational workflows (runbooks, pipelines)

Assist in integrating AI/ML or rule-based intelligence into operational tools and services Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following engineering best practices Develop and execute unit tests and validation scenarios Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems with a focus on observability and reliability Collaborate on improving DevOps pipelines and cloud-native development practices

What you’ll bring   We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and passionate about both software engineering and AI-driven innovation in cloud operations.   Required Skills

Self-driven individual with strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies Knowledge of one or more programming languages:

JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or Python

Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies Basic knowledge of Linux systems Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Preferred (Plus) Skills

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Basic understanding of:

Observability (logs, metrics, traces) DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, pipelines)

Data analysis or scripting for automation Anomaly detection or pattern recognition Using AI tools (e.g., copilots, LLM-based assistants) in development workflows

Familiarity with Python for data processing or automation is a plus
