Description The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team is seeking Sr-level Salesforce Developer to participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to: 1. Independently build and unit test components based on designs provided by Tech leads as well as work with QA team members to resolve code and configuration-based defects. 2. At the direction of Tech leads, conduct research and document results for new Salesforce capabilities or review known platform-related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in Core Salesforce capabilities such as: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security. Participate in agile practices and ceremonies through scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement, daily status updates, code reviews and interaction with QA team members. Participate in enhancements to DevOps processes (pipelines, monitoring, test automation) Become subject matter expert in branching/code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repository. Expand understanding of enterprise cross-system integration concepts such as processing events and interacting with APIs. Expand knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem through development activities on platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft. Increase Salesforce skills via developer certification examinations (e.g., Platform Developer, Level 1).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Minimum 2 years working in Salesforce Core Sales/Service platform Minimum 2 years in a scrum team environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure DevOps Experience with Copado Experience with MuleSoft Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification - such as Administrator, Level 1 Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
