Payroll Experience Specialist, Payroll Finance

Amazon's Global Payroll Experience team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to help deliver world-class payroll experiences for Amazonians worldwide. In this role, you will drive projects that improve self-service capabilities, streamline payroll processes, and enhance employee experience across multiple countries and systems. You will work closely with payroll operations, HR, product, and technology teams to deliver initiatives that reduce employee effort and increase satisfaction. Key job responsibilities - Lead projects end-to-end, manage cross-level stakeholders, and report on progress and status. - Partner with payroll operations, HR, product, and technology teams on shared initiatives. - Create self-service content that improves the customer experience. - Communicate project/metric status, risks, and decisions on system or process changes to stakeholders. - Represent the Global Payroll Experience team in cross-level global forums.
