Scope of Position As a Sourcing Administrator, you will support the Sourcing team by maintaining supplier information in the ERP system and collaborating with cross-functional teams for compliance and documentation. Under the guidance of the Commodity Manager, we ask that you can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and perform with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. This position has no direct reports. This position reports to the Director, Direct Sourcing. This role is hybrid and is based in No. Andover, MA. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintain supplier information in the ERP system, including new supplier additions, price updates, issuing tooling purchase orders, and completing purchase order changes. Collaborate with teams such as Supplier Quality, Accounts Payable, and Engineering to handle tasks like processing engineering change notices and updating supplier bank information. Play a key role in maintaining SOX-related documentation and leading internal/external SOX audits. Support ERP transition projects by validating and collecting supplier information. Maintain the Sourcing page on the internal website. Assist in gathering sustainability and DEI-related information from suppliers. Participate in Sourcing process improvement projects. Communicating all engineering alerts to suppliers Required Qualifications 2+ Years of experience in manufacturing or sourcing administrator role. Experience working with MRP/ERP Processes (SAP Preferred) Has analytical and problem-solving skills: strong skills in data gathering and processing. Ability to independently prioritize and multitask in a fast pace environment. Proficient in Excel and able to use data to update ERP systems. Ability to take initiative and anticipate things ahead of time. Excellent follow-through skills on daily job responsibilities and projects.

Working Conditions
This is a Hybrid role in the North Andover Corporate location and you will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes).
