We are currently seeking an accomplished DevOps Engineer to join our team, while supporting our multiple software products and brands across the organization, such as Debt Solutions, CoStar Suites, LoopNet, Apartments.com, Homes.com, and Ten-X. This position is located in Irvine, CA and has the work schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home. What qualities are we looking for? Provides help to management, including hiring, on-boarding, training and performance reviews. Motivates team members and assesses performance, keeps management updated on team performance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, in-person, not for profit university or college A track record of commitment to prior employers 3+ years’ experience in a DevOps environment with a developer focus Experience with sizing and estimation techniques for small to medium size tasks and projects Infrastructure as code using Cloudformation, Terraform or similar platforms Experience using AWS or Azure or Google cloud Understanding of Kubernetes environments and supporting tooling Familiarity with infrastructure foundation components of large networks in AWS and on-prem (e.g., systems & network administration, DNS, hypervisors, containers, databases, multi-datacenters).
Nice to Haves
Experience with enterprise monitoring tools in areas of APM, system vitals, synthetics and RUM. Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical application as it applies to improving workflows, observability and team efficiency Programming languages / some developer background with either Java, C#, Python,
