Project Manager - Plant Maintenance

Job type: Full Time Shift: Days

· Coordinate with Facilities leadership team and healthcare organization key stakeholders to determine project scope of work and expectations. · Communicate regularly to the project team. · Set up meetings and schedules. · Develop detailed project plans to track project progress. · Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget. · Ensure that all DRMC and Tenet vendors are meeting project expectations. · Use project management software to track project budget and deliverables. · Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility. · Ensure resources and allocation. · Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. · Report and escalate challenges to management as needed. · Ensure a collegial relationship between key stakeholders and vendors. · Perform risk management to minimize project risks. · Establish and maintain relationships with vendors. · Help Director implement and maintain a quality management system. · Responsible for Joint Commission compliance and understand current Joint Commission EOC standards. · Represent the Facilities department in the absence of the Director.
