Global TA Onboarding - WD training req

Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do Design and deliver training programs on HR-related topics (e.g., onboarding, compliance, performance management, leadership development, DEI). Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or consultation with managers and department heads. Create instructional materials such as manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to incorporate into training materials. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals. Maintain training records and prepare reports on participation and progress. What you need Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a corporate trainer or in HR training and development. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). Certification in training or HR (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual ability may be a strong advantage depending on the workforce.           Travel Percentage: None
