Coordinate facility and maintenance projects from planning through completion, balancing quality, timelines, safety, and cost requirements. Serve as a key point of contact between facilities management, employees, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations. Enhance occupant satisfaction by providing responsive support and communicating facility changes, maintenance activities, and improvement projects effectively. Support emergency preparedness and business continuity efforts by maintaining emergency systems, identifying risks, and assisting with compliance programs. Optimize facility spaces and infrastructure by supporting workspace layouts, technical installations, and operational planning activities. Drive continuous improvement through audits, preventive maintenance programs, asset management practices, and structured problem-solving techniques. Contribute technical expertise and practical solutions to resolve facility issues efficiently while promoting a safe and productive working environment.
