About this role
Job Location WARSAW DOWNTOWN OFFICE Job Description At Procter & Gamble we build brands trusted by billions and behind them a world-class technology organization. Our Modern IT Asset Management (ITAM) team in Warsaw is on a major digital transformation journey: turning IT asset data into a trusted, AI-ready source of truth for every application and infrastructure component across the company. Join us to build the data quality, integration and automation capabilities that power proactive, automation-led IT operations at global scale (145,000+ users). As a ServiceNow Integration Engineer you'll design and deliver the data, integration and automation backbone of our ITAM & CMDB ecosystem, improving Asset Data Quality and Topology Coverage, modernizing how ITAM data flows between systems, and enabling AIOps-ready operations.
What you'll do
Implement and deploy scalable engineering capabilities across the ITAM and CMDB ecosystem: covering data ingestion, normalization, reconciliation, quality and reporting. Build and operate automated Asset Data Quality rules and scorecards (completeness, consistency, correctness, timeliness) across ITAM, CMDB and adjacent systems, and publish them to the scorecards. Engineer the Topology Coverage baseline by extending ServiceNow Discovery patterns, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules and CSDM-aligned CI relationships across priority business application clusters. Develop and modernize ITAM integrations across the ecosystem (enterprise architecture, risk/GRC, Azure/GCP discovery sources, SAP) using industry-standard protocols (REST, SOAP, event-driven). Build data products and dashboards (SQL, Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics) that turn ITAM data into actionable insights for Architecture, Security, FinOps and Engineering stakeholders. Contribute to the elimination of ITAM / CMDB technical debt - reduce custom scripts, UI policies and direct integrations, favor out-of-the-box patterns, and produce the engineering evidence that informs the ServiceNow platform RFP. Champion Agile, DevOps and Continuous Deployment practices - CI/CD, automated testing (target 60% coverage from a 0% baseline), code reviews and engineering guardrails. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Solution Architect, Product Owners, ITSM and SRE engineers, AI engineers and architects - to ensure platform capabilities and business outcomes stay aligned. Continuously upskill toward ServiceNow ITAM / CMDB / Discovery development and toward emerging IT operations technologies (Agentic AI, AIOps, observability). Job Qualifications What you'll bring (must-have) 4+ years in an engineering role (Software, Data, Integration, Platform or Site Reliability Engineer). Proficiency in at least one modern language, preferably Python or JavaScript. Solid SQL and relational data modelling (joins, aggregations, schema design, query optimization). Experience integrating systems via RESTful APIs (event-driven/messaging a plus). Solid software engineering fundamentals (OOP, TDD, SOLID, unit/integration testing, SDLC). Working understanding of data quality concepts and ability to translate them into automated rules and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fast learner of new technologies. Willingness to learn new technologies and paradigms — ServiceNow (ITAM / CMDB / Discovery), JavaScript, Agentic AI - and to stay up to date with the latest trends in IT Asset Management, CMDB / CSDM, observability and AIOps. English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer / Systems / Industrial Engineering, Software Development or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM / ITAM / CMDB platforms (configuration or development). Exposure to CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and IT asset lifecycle concepts (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, contracts, vendor data). Experience designing and
