About The Job
About the role As the APAC Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Demand Manager, you will ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the IBP and Demand Planning processes across APAC. You will drive adoption of the Target Operating Model, strengthen demand planning capabilities across Country Business Units (CBU), and promote consistent “one-number” ways of working. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Planning teams, you will ensure risks and opportunities are identified early, reflected in demand scenarios, and translated into timely business decisions. You will also lead continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, forecast bias, process maturity, and planning capabilities across the region. IBP Governance & Decision Quality Own and govern the APAC IBP and Demand Planning process, ensuring compliance with the Target Operating Model and planning standards. Facilitate Demand Review and support APAC IBP forums to ensure timely, fact-based decisions. Ensure risks and opportunities are identified early and translated into actionable scenarios and decisions. Drive adoption of "one-number" planning and consistent ways of working across CBUs. Demand Planning Performance Animate APAC demand forecast from CBUs, and further work with Global Specialised Nutrition (SNu) team and Supply Points Monitor and improve forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and demand planning maturity across APAC. Challenge assumptions, demand signals, and forecast changes to improve decision quality. Identify regional risks and opportunities from CBU demand trends and escalate where needed. Lead root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives with CBUs. Capability Building & Community Leadership Act as the capability guardian for the APAC Demand Planning community. Assess planning maturity and develop capability-building roadmaps for CBUs. Coach Planning Managers and Demand Planners on best practices, tools, and business partnering. Lead regional planning forums, workshops, and best-practice sharing. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization Drive process improvement initiatives that strengthen planning effectiveness and business performance. Improve planning tools, reporting, and data visibility in partnership with Digital and IT teams. Promote automation and analytics to increase planner productivity and decision quality. Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and capabilities across the region.
About You
Technical Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, IBP, or S&OP. Strong understanding of end-to-end planning, demand forecasting, and IBP processes. Experience driving process improvements and capability building across multiple markets. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and planning systems (SAP/APO or equivalent). Leadership & Behaviors Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels. Proven ability to coach teams and drive adoption of standards and best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset. Comfortable working in a complex, multicultural environment and managing ambiguity.
