Telesales Representative LAB HR/SLO

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are currently hiring a Sales Representative who will work as part of a Telesales Team. You will work as part of a Laboratory sales team based in Zagreb and will be responsible for increasing sales of Laboratory (Standard Business) products for Croatian and Slovenian market. Your main responsibilities would include: Sales of products and solution laboratory via phone and electronic media (from the office), using professional selling skills; Management of inbound demands (leads) from dedicated accounts; Tracking and following up on the leads, preparing offers, project execution actions; Application and technical advisory for the customers; Manage all business-related activities using SAP CRM system; Tracking and preparation of tenders; Development of general and technical knowledge regarding METTLER TOLEDO product lines and service offerings.

What You Need to Succeed

Language skills in Croatian and Slovenian, written and spoken is a must; Very good level of English; Bachelor`s degree (preferably chemical/ biotechnological/related specialization and/or laboratory-based experience) or sales experience in B2B environment; Sales personality with the strong target driven attitude; Strong interpersonal and relationship skills; Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word; Experience using SAP CRM tools will be an advantage.
