This individual will work with Finance Management, Program Management, CAMs, and Finance Analysts to ensure the program meets it's financial commitments and apply principles of Earned Value Management to analyze financial and performance data. This individual will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets and forecasts in the Earned Value Management tool (Cobra). This person will use Earned Value Management to measure cost and schedule performance, prepare variance reports including trend analysis on a monthly basis, and analyze risks and opportunities. This person will develop presentations for upper management as well as external customers and present recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis.   Standard Job Description:  Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required. Basic Qualifications 
 -Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience/combined education or relevant experience in lieu of degree -Advanced Microsoft Office skills -Proven effective analytical and presentation skills -Ability to obtain a security clearance Desired Skills 
 -Earned Value Management (EVM) experience -Good communication skills (both verbal and written) -Experience working in a team environment -Experience with LM Space software (Cobra, SAP)-Ability to execute in high pressure environment -Experience baselining and managing large production and/or development contracts -Proficiency with pivot tables -Previous experience with detailed analysis of data -Secret clearance -Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
