Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com . #CommercialBanking In this role, you will: Research complex credit investigations and diverse credit information for loans Identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area Review and identify basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives while exercising independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverables Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customers Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare, Higher Education and Nonprofit Lending sectors Ability to quickly evaluate direct and operating exposure situations on short deadlines driven by the RFP process Advanced credit structuring and portfolio analysis skills, with ability to evaluate complex and unique lending situations Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives involving Credit, Risk, Relationship Management, and Operations Strong understanding of commercial credit policy, regulatory considerations, and risk rating methodologies Strong communication skills, with ability to present complex credit findings and recommendations to leaders and credit partners Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time  This position does not support Visa Sponsorship Ability to work a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range   Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
