Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the SEA regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify market opportunities, growth drivers, competitive threats, and emerging trends across SEA. Lead annual strategic planning, marketing plans, and long-range portfolio growth initiatives. Ensure alignment between global, regional, and country commercial priorities. Portfolio & Brand Management Define regional portfolio strategy and optimize product lifecycle management. Drive successful product launches, indication expansions, and market development initiatives. Ensure consistent brand positioning and value proposition across SEA markets. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve growth and profitability. Customer & Market Insights Establish a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Leverage market research, customer feedback, and business analytics to drive decision-making. Translate customer insights into impactful marketing strategies and engagement programs. Champion customer-centricity across all marketing activities. Commercial Excellence Partner closely with sales leadership to improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagement. Drive implementation of best practices, tools, and processes across SEA markets. Monitor marketing effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI and business performance.

Leadership & Capability Building Lead, coach, and develop countries marketing teams. Build strategic marketing, digital, and customer engagement capabilities across SEA. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Identify and develop future marketing talent and succession pipelines. Financial Management Develop and manage regional marketing budgets and investments. Prioritize resources to maximize business impact and return on investment. Monitor financial performance and ensure efficient utilization of marketing resources.

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field. 15+ years of progressive marketing and commercial leadership experience. Proven experience managing multiple markets within Southeast Asia would be a plus. Demonstrated success in strategic marketing, portfolio management, and product launches. Strong leadership experience in complex, matrix, and multicultural organizations. Key Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen. Customer-centric mindset.
