We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Shopper Insights at our Corporate Headquarters in Bentonville , AR . Responsibilities The Senior Manager, Shopper Insights provides strategic leadership for shopper insights within the Mass channel by transforming consumer, shopper, and retailer insights into actionable business strategies that accelerate category growth and strengthen customer partnerships. Shapes enterprise decision-making by influencing Sales, Business Units, eCommerce, and Analytics through insight-driven recommendations that support assortment, activation, innovation, and growth opportunities. Operates with significant autonomy as the senior shopper insights leader for assigned customers, balancing strategic priorities, business risks, and organizational objectives to deliver measurable business impact.

Strategy & Shopper Insights
Develops and executes the shopper insights strategy and roadmap for assigned Mass channel customers and categories, aligning initiatives with business and retailer growth objectives. Anticipates emerging shopper, retailer, and marketplace trends and translates insights into strategic recommendations that drive category growth and competitive advantage. Prioritizes shopper insights initiatives based on business impact, strategic value, and organizational priorities.
Business Partnership
Partners with Sales, Category Management, Business Units, eCommerce, and Analytics to integrate shopper insights into business planning and customer strategies. Influences cross-functional decisions by translating complex shopper and marketplace data into clear business implications, opportunities, and recommendations. Supports innovation, assortment optimization, promotional strategy, and activation planning through shopper-centric insights.
Customer Leadership
Leads shopper insights strategy during customer engagements, joint business planning sessions, and category reviews by delivering compelling, insight-based business narratives. Builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen retailer partnerships and advance strategic business objectives.
Decision Leadership
Evaluates business opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs to recommend strategies that maximize growth and shopper value. Challenges assumptions and advocates for data-driven decisions that improve business performance and customer outcomes. Serves as the subject matter expert for shopper insights within assigned channels and categories.
Qualifications Education/Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, Category Management, Sales Analytics, or a related consumer packaged goods, retail, or brokerage environment.
Preferred
Additional relevant education or experience supporting shopper insights, category strategy, or retail analytics.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong knowledge of Mass channel shopper behavior, retail dynamics, and category management principles. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and executive recommendations. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
