Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)     What's in it for you: Join Trane Technologies’ global engineering team and contribute to the development of next-generation, industry-leading commercial HVAC equipment and controllers. In this role, you will work with global cross-functional teams to develop and integrate energy-efficient and reliable control software solutions that help minimize operating costs while reducing environmental impact. This position focuses on HVAC equipment controller software development, including functional module design, implementation, testing, maintenance, enhancement of existing products, and resolution of field issues. You will gain valuable international collaboration experience and strong opportunities for technical growth.

Review and discuss functional specifications with the global development team Design, implement, and test software to meet functional requirements Prepare software development and design documentation Maintain and upgrade existing software, and analyze and resolve field issues Communicate control functions, software design, and development status with global teams Participate in the development and integration of HVAC equipment controller software Take ownership of the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of specific functional modules What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Proficiency in C or C++ programming Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn Passion for and interest in new technologies and software development We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
