Your role

As a n Electrical Laboratory Engineer , you will perform IGBT electrical measurements and parameter validation, support power module development projects, maintain laboratory excellence, and contribute innovative solutions to advance testing capabilities and product quality. Key responsibilities in your new role Perform datasheet-related measurements and electrical parameter verification of IGBTs Provide technical support to project managers and power module development teams Ensure the maintenance and availability of laboratory equipment and workstations Coordinate calibration activities for measurement devices Mentor and support new team members as a technical buddy Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in laboratory processes and testing methods Contribute to the continuous enhancement of laboratory capabilities and measurement quality Your profile With a strong background in power electronics and electrical measurements, you combine analytical thinking, technical expertise , and problem-solving skills to support product development and laboratory excellence. By collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving innovative testing solutions, you contribute to high-quality results and continuous improvement. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field 3 + years of experience in power electronics testing, electrical measurements, or laboratory engineering S trong knowledge of power electronic switching devices, especially IGBT modules Hands-on experience with electrical measurement techniques, laboratory equipment, and test methods Proven ability to analyze measurement results, solve technical problems, and apply systematic thinking Experience supporting product development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders Ability to technically lead and mentor laboratory technicians and junior engineers Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Hungarian ; German language skills are an advantage Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in laboratory and testing environments #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
