The Regional Marketing Director, Americas is responsible for leading strategic marketing planning and execution across the Americas region. This role ensures alignment between global segment and product marketing priorities, regional commercial priorities, and local market execution. Accountable for regional funnel performance, localized go-to-market (GTM) adaptation, and launch success, this position bridges global marketing strategy and regional commercial execution. This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing, is part of the Genomic Medicine division in Marlborough, MA, and is an on-site role.

Translate global marketing strategy into a regional growth plan, making decisions on market prioritization, customer targeting, demand generation, launch activation, and marketing investment across the Americas region. Own performance vs plan for Americas commercial marketing funnel metrics (funnel additions, funnel velocity, win rates, and new product launch performance) and optimize marketing channel performance in support of these goals. Partner with Americas sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and address performance gaps vs plan. Act as the voice of the commercial marketing organization, bringing market and customer insights to support portfolio, campaign, and other business decisions. Coach and develop a team of commercial marketing managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic clarity.

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience; or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Long-standing experience in B2B marketing. Proven track record in owning financial accountability in marketing, sales, and/or product management roles. Strong leadership and planning skills in matrixed and multicultural environments. Experienced in translating global strategy into regional outcomes. Ability to deploy resources in line with business objectives. Experience translating customer behaviors and market trends into business strategy. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel – approximately 1 week per month It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Sales experience in the life sciences or biomanufacturing industry. Product management or sales experience. Experience in commercial funnel management. Proven experience in process improvement.
