SAP Applications Engineering Manager

Guide and mentor a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.  Design and implement robust scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystems that align with the company's business requirements and objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Foster partnerships with business teams to ensure solutions meet their requirements. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Provide opportunities for professional development and growth for team members. Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP operations. Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends to ensure the team is leveraging the solutions.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience working with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, SAP S/4 HANA development including Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). Expereince working SAP Finance Domain or SAP FICO implementation. Experience writing SAP code, advanced ABAP object-oriented programming system, oData, Restful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS, Dialog (transaction) programming, enhancements (user exits, BADI, BAPI etc.) and interfaces (IDOCS, remote function calls, web services etc.). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Domain understanding of extended workforce management, SAP FI or any related finance solution. Understanding of cross-functional and integrated business processes related to the SAP module, including integrations with extended business systems. Ability to strategically anticipate/prevent technical and organizational obstacles, as well as effectively reacting and addressing them after they arise.
