The Director, Data Analytics is a senior leadership role within the Clinical Solutions Data Operations team, responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business analytics, reporting and data management across a complex, matrixed environment. The Director, Data Analytics will collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, data analytics, and technology teams, to set priorities, manage competing initiatives, and deliver actionable insights into business performance. This role will be responsible for building and managing solid partnerships with key stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and support effective delivery across the end-to-end data operations ecosystem. The Director will maintain high standards for data quality and consistency, support operational decision-making, and directly lead a team of data and analytics specialists. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Proven significant experience leading data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data operations, or related functions within complex environments Proven experience leading teams responsible for business intelligence delivery, dashboarding, reporting, data quality, insight generation, and business performance analytics Demonstrated solid understanding of data governance, metric definition, reporting controls, and the importance of consistent and reliable business performance information Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, business teams, data engineering teams, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions Demonstrated solid leadership, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to influence across a
