Position
Purpose: The Senior Analyst, Marketing Science & Analytics is part of the Decision Science function and is responsible for the development and integrity of the multi-touch attribution methodologies that Integrated Media and Orange Apron Media teams rely on to evaluate the performance and value of marketing investments across digital channels. This role goes beyond model development, serving as a subject matter expert and internal consultant who helps business and reporting partners draw accurate conclusions from attribution outputs and avoid misinterpretation. Working across a matrixed organization that includes engineering, data, product, and external measurement teams, this role ensures that attribution work is accurate, timely, and grounded in true customer behavior, directly influencing the quality of decisions that drive marketing performance across one of the world's largest retail organizations.
Key Responsibilities
20% Work with other departments providing analytical insight on business performance. 20% Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements. 20% Analyze web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance. 10% Work with the Web Analyst to provide weekly Web Analytic dashboards. 10% Takes the lead on new programs and initiatives for Web Analytics Team. 10% Provide web analytics strategy to Specialty Channel. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Reports to Manager, Attribution Position has 0 Direct Reports Travel Requirements: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance Demonstrated business/financial modeling capabilities with tools such as Excel and Access Demonstrated skills in applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work well with others Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets Prior Business/Data Analyst experience in a marketing measurement or analytics context Demonstrated ability to understand and reason about data architecture: how upstream data sources and definitions feed model inputs, and how model outputs are consumed downstream Prior experience with multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, or digital marketing performance measurement Broader applied statistics experience, such as regression modeling, causal inference/experimentation design, or time-series analysis in a business context Demonstrated communication skills, including the ability to translate model outputs into business-appropriate conclusions for non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work well with others across a matrixed, cross-functional organization Strong presentation skills Minimum Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
