Provides technical and strategic leadership to delivery and practice teams, ensuring successful customer outcomes, operational excellence, workforce optimization, and business profitability. Drives the implementation of complex technology solutions while aligning execution with organizational goals and customer requirements. Management Level Definition Applies advanced subject matter expertise and leadership capabilities to manage and resolve highly complex business and technical challenges within established corporate policies and strategic objectives. Leads teams of senior individual contributors, project managers, technical consultants, and first-line managers, with accountability for the performance, growth, and operational success of a significant business area. Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business strategy, operational planning, talent development, and customer engagement. Responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring strategic and tactical activities to ensure delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability. Recruits, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Typically reports to a Director-level leader or above and manages a team of 10+ direct reports, including geographically distributed resources across multiple countries within the LATAM region.

Lead the delivery and implementation of complex infrastructure and hybrid IT solutions, including hardware, software, storage, and integrated technology platforms. Own end-to-end execution of projects involving HPE Private Cloud AI (PCAI), Private Cloud Business Edition (PCBE), HPE Alletra, and related enterprise solutions. Ensure successful project delivery by managing scope, timelines, resources, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Drive operational and financial performance, including revenue recognition, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning. Build, lead, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries in Latin America. Coordinate and manage relationships with strategic partners, system integrators, channel partners, and third-party OEMs to ensure successful solution deployment. Serve as the senior escalation point for customer and project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Support business growth by identifying delivery opportunities, improving operational processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives. Lead engagements within both commercial and public sector environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders, leveraging strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
