Quality Technician

Primary Responsibilities • Setup and m aintain incoming material quality control (IQC) operations and related systems (such as SAP/SPACE). • Review material specifications, drawings, and quality requirements to ensure accurate inspection criteria and system implementation. • Coordinate and resolve supplier eCOA /internal system issues to ensure smooth WH material release and IQC operations . • Maintain IQC procedures and work instructions, also co-work with team on new incoming material inspection methods • Collaborate with Global IQC teams to align system enhancements across sites. • Support continuous improvement projects related to quality systems, automation, digitalization, and inspection efficiency through AI-Enabled. • Work closely with Suppliers, PDE, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Global Quality teams to ensure incoming material quality compliance. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering & Quality Management, or related fields. • Experience with SAP, Flow Optimization, Dashboard Development and quality systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. •AI Assisted tools application such as Copilot, Open WebUI, RBA, • Familiarity with data analysis tools ( Excel , Power BI, Python, or equivalent) is a plus. • Basic English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
