This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.
The CRM Platform Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud CRM platform used by field sales and commercial back-office teams. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective solutions while supporting system enhancements, user adoption, and data integrity. The position partners closely with Sales Enablement, Infrastructure, IT, and Commercial teams to support evolving business needs.
Your day-to-day
-Manage daily support of the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud CRM platform.
-Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support system improvements.
-Maintain data integrity through monitoring, issue resolution, and data cleanup efforts.
-Coordinate testing, communication, and deployment of system updates and new functionality.
-Create and maintain training materials, job aids, process documentation, and user communications.
-Analyze user feedback and support trends to identify process improvements.
-Support organizational and market-driven changes, including user access, account assignments, workflows, and CRM configuration.
Who we're looking for
-Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
-CPG industry experience preferred. Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Salesforce administration, CRM support, sales operations, or sales enablement experience strongly preferred.
-Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data management.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
-Experience creating training materials, process documentation, job aids, or user communications preferred.
-Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $69,000 to $92,000
