Job Description
The Enterprise Data Office is seeking a Senior Financial Data Product Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in delivering strategic data products that support the Wealth, Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (WCIB) business line. This position partners closely with Finance stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to transform complex business needs into scalable data solutions and actionable insights. The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with finance data, excels at gathering and translating complex business requirements, and is proficient in SQL and Snowflake. This individual must be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization, driving requirements discovery, performing data analysis, and helping shape enterprise data products that enable informed business decisions and customer growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Leads data and analytics initiatives that leverage large, complex datasets, including finance and business performance data, to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making Acquires, integrates, and analyzes data from multiple sources using modern analytics platforms, including Snowflake Identifies trends, patterns, and opportunities within complex datasets and provides recommendations to business leaders Partners with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and data governance standards Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making, facilitate prioritization discussions, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-value data products and analytics solutions Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Six to eight years of statistical and/or data analytics experience Preferred Skills/Experience: Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Snowflake, Databricks, and others to perform analysis and interpret data Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling - Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Demonstrated project management skills Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Financial services industry experience, especially Corporate/Commercial banking Experience working with financial metrics/data Location Expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants .
