Job Duties/Responsibilities: Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facility policy. Prioritize and formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment and according to policy. Prescribe and coordinate nursing care to patients, during episode of care. Comply with established measures for infection control, OSHA regulations, and risk management. Requirements: Current Licensure to practice nursing in Florida. Current CPR/First Aid certification Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
