Senior Supervisor Logistics

The Senior Supervisor, Logistics is responsible for overseeing daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The role leads logistics staff, coordinates with vendors and customers, and drives operational efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Supervise daily warehouse and logistics activities , including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure the smooth flow of materials to support production schedules. Lead, coach, and manage logistics and warehouse teams. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers. Monitor inventory accuracy and support stock control activities. Resolve operational issues and ensure service level targets are met. Track logistics performance and prepare operational reports. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Min 0-3 years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience in supervisory team. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control. Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
