Grade Level (for internal use): 13 The Team: The Fixed Income team is dedicated to adapting to evolving market dynamics, emphasizing technology and product expertise. We value collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking, aiming to provide best-in-class products and solutions globally. Responsibilities and Impact: Drive commercial strategy focusing on electronification, data utilization, and geographic expansion. Assess partnership opportunities to enhance the Fixed Income offering. Collaborate with the global Fixed Income team for coherent strategy implementation. Create and execute the Fixed Income product pipeline. Monitor client engagement across Fixed Income, with a focus on the buyside. Shape the Fixed Income narrative via conferences, press, and social media. Provide best in class products and solutions based on proprietary tools and interoperability with external vendors. Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams to effectively service our existing and expand our client base What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Extensive capital markets knowledge, including electronic trading and data. Active interest in Fixed Income markets and infrastructure. Strong understanding of the primary market process. Ability to engage at the highest level with clients, regulators, and vendors. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Foreign language skills beneficial. Proven track record in driving revenue through commercial acumen. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
