Purpose: Are you passionate about supplying high-quality pharmaceutical products to patients? At our Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) unit in Puebla, México, we are looking for a Plant Manager that will lead and implement the future of the site. You set operational and strategic direction and influence across a matrix of functional partners, including Quality, Compliance, MSAT, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Facilities, Procurement and Planning, and EHS, as well as other global Supply Chain leaders and the Commercial organization to deliver short and long-term objectives. You nurture an environment that puts employee development and an inclusive workforce at the center and build a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation. As the Plant Manager, you continue promoting the Puebla site to new execution standards by building meaningful internal and external relationships and partnering with different levels of the organization. Qualifications / Requirements: Minimum of 15 years in supply chain environment (operations, quality, engineering) required. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent required. Master’s degree preferred. Business Knowledge and a good understanding of the technologies that are applied in a drug product facility. Understanding of compliance requirements (cGMP) and of Prevention regulations (EHS) and guidelines. Proven experience leading complex business transformations in highly regulated environments, including operating model redesign, change management, end-to-end process improvement, and alignment of cross-functional teams to global and regional strategic objectives. Ability to analyse problems and derive thoughtful solutions with agility by working with your team members and being excellent in communicating solutions and directions to the organization. Insight in costing & budgeting, financial systems & understanding of market economic factors required. Ability to function in a highly complex global environment and connect with different functional groups and people in multiple levels is required. Track record of influencing the external environment based on knowledge of social, political, regulatory and economic issues affecting business domestically and globally. Ability to build effective partnering relationships. Excellent People Management skills and hands-on track record in building high performing teams. Coaching leadership style
