• Technical Skills • • NetSuite ERP (preferred) • • SAP, Oracle, JDE, Dynamics, or similar ERP systems • • Advanced Excel • • Power BI or reporting tools • • Inventory costing methodologies: • o Standard Costing • o PPV Analysis • o Inventory Revaluation • o Manufacturing Variance Analysis • o Inventory Reserve Accounting • Strong Knowledge of • • Inventory Accounting • • Cost Accounting • • Inventory Valuation What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Record To Report (R2R) - P4 Education • • Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA Finance. • • Graduate Post Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline • • 5+ years of Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or Supply Chain Finance experience. • • Experience in Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, or D2C organizations. • • Experience working with Contract Manufacturing environments preferred. • • Strong month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience. • • Experience supporting audits and inventory controls. Roles and Responsibilities: • Inventory Accounting & Reconciliations • • Perform monthly inventory reconciliations across warehouses, contract manufacturers, and third-party logistics partners. • • Reconcile Amazon (AMZ) inventory balances against NetSuite inventory records and ensure inventory ownership is accurately reflected in the books. • • Record inventory adjustment journal entries where discrepancies are identified. • • Review inventory-in-transit balances and ensure accurate accounting treatment. • • Upload and maintain inventory-by-location reporting for contract manufacturing and inventory operations teams. • • Investigate inventory variances and partner with Supply Chain to resolve root causes • . Cost Accounting & Inventory Valuation • • Monitor and validate inventory standard costs and product cost structures. • • Execute annual standard cost roll processes and inventory cost revaluation activities. • • Analyze Inventory Cost Revaluation (ICR) impacts and ensure proper accounting treatment. • • Review Zero-Cost Inventory reports and coordinate corrective actions with Supply Chain and Procurement teams. • • Conduct Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis and partner with Supply Chain to understand and resolve deviations. • • Ensure inventory valuation complies with company policy and accounting standards. • .
