Perform vehicle alignments accurately and efficiently Mount, replace, balance, rotate, and repair tires Inspect tires and check tire pressure, tread depth, and overall condition Properly complete assigned services and repairs based on training and experience Follow manufacturer guidelines, published procedures, and all applicable safety requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Accurately document completed services and repairs Safely operate customer and company vehicles in accordance with company driving policies Protect the confidentiality of company and customer information Follow all company policies and procedures Consistently demonstrate Group 1 Automotive’s core values Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in the workplace Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Previous automotive alignment or tire-service experience required Familiarity with alignment and tire-service equipment High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow established processes and safety procedures Professional appearance and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
