Meet the team: Founded in 1999, Dexcom, Inc. provides continuous glucose monitoring technology to help patients and their clinicians better manage diabetes. Since our inception, we have focused on better outcomes for patients, caregivers, and clinicians by delivering solutions for people with diabetes - while empowering our community to take control of diabetes .    Where you come in: You perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of prototypes, engineering builds, and clinical builds that often deviate from standard manufacturing processes. You interpret and execute complex, non-standard work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation with high accuracy. You collaborate with R&D engineers and operations support teams to support product development, process refinement, and design iterations. You document build activities, deviations, and observations clearly to support traceability and feedback loops. You operate lab-scale and pilot production equipment safely and effectively. You conduct in-process inspections and functional tests to validate prototype performance. You support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for new processes and materials. You maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace aligned with safety and quality standards. You perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support evolving R&D priorities. What makes you successful: You demonstrate a working knowledge of core job functions, along with a developing understanding of more detailed aspects of the role. You utilize knowledge of company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities to complete semi-routine tasks effectively. You follow established processes for routine assignments and seek guidance when handling new or unfamiliar tasks. You perform duties under close supervision while building proficiency in the role.
