Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and corporate policies. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analyses, and reporting packages to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis and insights for management reporting. Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and facilitate reconciliation between US GAAP and local GAAP requirements. Collaborate with Global Business Services teams to ensure consistency in processes. Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation, responding to audit inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of audits. Maintain compliance with internal controls, risk management requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) frameworks. Support tax compliance activities, tax audits, regulatory reviews, and government inspections by providing financial analysis and required documentation. Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.  What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, auditing, or related finance functions. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local accounting standards, statutory reporting requirements, taxation, and financial controls. Practical experience in financial close activities within multinational or complex business environments. Strong understanding of SOX, internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. How Would You Stand Out? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
